School Events

As usual, we look forward to a fun and exciting month. our calendar includes learning all about our gardens and planting. There will be special spring parties just prior to spring break, with egg hunts and an appearance by the Easter Bunny. As we head into May, we will have a special celebration for our mommies, too.

Parent-Teacher Conferences
Every spring we do short conferences with the parents to update you on your child's progress at preschool. All staff provide input for these conferences, though you'll only meet with one teacher. Conferences will be held between April 2 and
April 9. Look for a sign-up sheet on the front desk soon to choose your conference day.

A couple of reminders
  1. With the cold weather upon us, please remember to label your child's jackets, especially for our 3-year-olds!
  2. Please review the Illness Policy in your back to school packet. If you need a new copy, see Mrs. Caryn.
  3. It is not unusual for little ones to get so involved in their play that they rush at the last minute to go to the bathroom. Please help them avoid embarrassment by dressing them in clothing that is easy to manipulate when this happens (i.e., no buttons or snaps that are too hard, and no belts). While not "fashionable," elastic waist pants are the easiest for children and most appropriate for preschool.
